Bournemouth University (BU) Law lecturer Ken Brown has put his stamp of approval on ‘Media and Entertainment Law’ By Ursula Smart.
Ursula’s latest publication is a user friendly and comprehensive analysis of media law and is the first of its kind to feature super-injunctions. ‘Media and Entertainment Law’ provides students with details of key principles, cases and legislation as well as analysis of the regulatory bodies including the Press Complaints Commission and OFCOM.
Ken Brown was one of two anonymous reviewers of the book, who Smartt referred to as ‘A’ and ‘B’ in her acknowledgements and thanked them for their ‘meticulous and detailed notes’ over the process of writing ‘Media and Entertainment Law’.
Brown said: ‘Both undergraduate and post graduate students engaging with the multitude of media related functions will find a welcome companion in Media and Entertainment Law.’
