Paper Deadline Extended to 17/02/2012

Many authors have asked for extension of the deadline with legitimate reasons. In order not to disadvantage the other authors, the conference organisers have decided to extend the deadline to Friday 17 February 2012. Please note this new deadline will be strictly imposed.
