The 30-35 best full papers will be published in the Visual Computer journal (published by Springer Verlag). Other accepted Full papers and Short papers will be published as CD proceedings with ISBN number. Of these papers, some may be invited to submit an edited version to the Visual Computer.
Original unpublished papers of up to 10 pages all included are invited. Final camera-ready submissions must be prepared either using LaTeX2e Macro Package using the provided template, or a Word document derived from the following template. LaTeX is preferred. Help in preparing documents in LaTeX is provided here.
Short papers submissions are limited to 4 pages in length, including references and figures. Posters submissions are limited to 2 pages in length, including references and figures. To encourage dissemination of your research work, the copyright of the Short Papers belongs to the authors, not the conference. Therefore, you will have a full right to revise the work and publish an improved version at a different journal or conference.
Paper submissions are via the EasyChair system. For full paper and short paper submissions, please click here, making sure to specify the paper type. For poster submissions, please click here.
Note that the review process is double blind, which requires the paper and all supplemental materials to be anonymous. Ensure that self-referencing is anonymous (refer to your full name rather than “I” or “we”). Avoid providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments (e.g., co-workers and grant IDs) and in the supplemental material (e.g., titles in the movies, or attached papers). Avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors. Violation of any of these guidelines will lead to rejection without review.
