		<description>Dear Dr. Tom Watson Sir,
I am writing this letter to once again talk about the vision I have with respect to the development of the profession of PR in my country Ethiopia.
Even if some courses are given in the post graduate level in the University of Addis Ababa and many graduates are hired in many government and private firms, there are a lot of gaps. For instance there is no single association of PR practitioners, not a single book is written in the area of PR.....etc.
As a result of this, I have a grand vision of setting up PR professional association that is totally committed to creating a plat form to sharing experiences among PR professionals, set up annual events which are accompanied with academic papers and researches. We, as any professional association, will also try to create link among international PR institutions and associations like yours to get the necessary help that helps us to bolden our professional stature and contribute our share in the global stage.
I hope you will do all you can to create the link so that I can actualize the dream I have which is shared by many of my colleagues.
Best Regard
