Loadsamoney! Why you should think about applying for EU funding

If you’re still wondering why you should be thinking about applying for EU funding, maybe some financial figures will help. Between 2007 and 2011 a total of 11,601 projects have been funded under FP7, totalling  a whopping €19.7 billion!

You can see from the graph below that the majority of this funding has been under the Cooperation theme (which has a higher success rate than British Research Councils). Our EU webpages  contain summarised current calls for proposals for this theme and our previous blog post on finding partners can help you start to develop links to a consortium in order to apply for this fund for next year.
