Featuring 108 contributors from over 130 leading academics and emerging scholars (including those from BU!), this publication captures the immediate thoughts, reflections, and insights from the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games from the cutting edge of academic scholarship.

Published just 10 days from the end of the the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, these contributions are short and accessible. Authors provide authoritative analysis of the Olympics and Paralympics, including research findings and new theoretical insights. Contributions come from a rich array of disciplinary influences, including media, communication studies, education, kinesiology, history, sociology, political science, and psychology.
