The Global Engagement Hub at BU has updated the list of priority Strategic Investment Area (SIA) international institutions for partnership development and research collaboration, working closely with Research Performance and Management Committee (RPMC). BU academics have ongoing collaboration with the institutions on this list across a range of countries and regions worldwide. Collaboration with international partners is a vital part of the development of research at BU, and the SIAs in particular, to generate strong networks for external funding applications, and international co-authored publications leading to greater citation and societal impact.
BU academics working with colleagues from institutions on this list are eligible to apply for the Global Visiting Fellowship Scheme (GVF) that aims to attract global research talent from our international priority institutions to develop research capacity for our SIAs.
If you have any links with these institutions, we would be interested to hear from you. Also, if you do not currently have links with these institutions, but would like to develop links, please get in touch and we can facilitate introductions. Please contact us at GlobalBU@bournemouth.ac.uk
