Today the English-language daily newspaper The Himalayan Times published an article by Dr. Pramod Regmi (BU’s Faculty of Health & Social Sciences) and Dr. Nirmal Aryal (University of Otago, New Zealand) on the growing diabetes problem in South Asia. Dr. Regmi is post-doctoral researcher who focuses, among other topics, on diabetes research in the UK. The Himalayan Times is published in Nepal and has a wide readership in Kathmandu.
