Applications are now open for the April delivery of the Public involvement in research CPD unit co-delivered twice a year with the BU PIER Partnership. The focus of the 5 week unit is on harnessing lived experience expertise in health and social care research, service improvement and/or professional practice and developing an evidence informed public involvement strategy for your own study, project or role. The unit places specific emphasis on collaborating with groups currently under-served by research.
The national online unit is open to practitioners, researchers, public involvement leads and academics at all career stages with free places offered to BU PhD students through the research development programme.
To find out more, including dates and fees, please see here. Please share with your colleagues, PGRs and external networks including anyone you are supporting to develop fellowship scheme applications who may wish to include this unit within their training plan.
