Travel Grant Scheme: Participation in the China High-Tech Forum

UKRO have notified us of this opportunity:

planeTravel Grant Scheme: Participation in the China High-Tech Forum and Brokerage Event during the China Hi-Tech Fair 2016 in Shenzhen, China

Aim:

The aim of the Travel Grant Scheme is to support technological and research collaboration between Chinese and European organizations in order to explore the opportunities, not only for joint participation in the European Commission’s HORIZON 2020 programme, but also the possibilities of concluding technological agreements.

The Travel Grant Scheme is designed to provide support for accommodation for 7 nights (including breakfast) at the Wyndham Grand Shenzhen Hotel, for each European organization seeking co-operation with Chinese organizations.

This is the first Call for Applications of the Dragon-STAR Plus Travel Grant Scheme and it will support European organizations interested to participate in the High-Tech Forum and Brokerage Event organized in parallel to the China Hi-Tech Fair 2016, which will be held in Shenzhen, China on 16th – 21st, November 2016.

Areas of interest:

  • ICT (Telecommunications, Hardware, Software, IT Services, etc.)
  • Green Tech (Energy, Material, Biotech, Recycling, Environment , etc.) sectors.

The final deadline for applying to SEZ for Confirmation of Pre-check (only applicable to research collaboration applicants) is 08/09/16 and for full applications, the closing date is 15/09/16.
