Atmosphere is fully open access. Open access (unlimited and free access by readers) increases publicity and promotes more frequent citations, as indicated by several studies. Atmosphere is indexed by the key research databases; further details may be found at https://www.mdpi.com/journal/atmosphere/indexing. All papers go through a thorough but rapid peer-review process. Papers can be submitted at any time up until the deadline as they will be published on an ongoing basis.
